Next Running Challenge!

A dear friend at work has "persuaded" me to do the Greifenseelauf with her on Sept 17th. It's 10k. I've done it several times before, but this time I am terrified! I haven't run properly or consistently since the New York Marathon at the end of 2014. I have put on weight. I am older, heavier, unfitter.

But hey, nothing like a challenge, eh? I walked 10K yesterday in 1hr 44 mins and today walked/ran my normal 7K route in 1hr 3mins. My challenge will be to do the Greifenseelauf, without being passed by too many of the nordic walkers behind me :-)
